Dr. Juliet Ihiabe is the President/Founder, Family Bond Helping Foundation. She’s a seasoned professional with a unique blend of corporate expertise and humanitarian passion. As the President of Family Bond Helping Foundation, she leverages her extensive experience to drive positive change.
With 18 years of experience in the Aviation Industry, specifically with British Airways Plc, Dr. Ihiabe honed her skills in customer service and marketing. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from the Lagos State University.
Before dedicating herself to humanitarian work, Dr. Ihiabe founded Brooklynjay Global Services Limited, a facility management and renovation company.

Segun is a seasoned Management Consultant specializing in HR innovations and strategy. His extensive experience underscores his proficiency in leveraging innovative approaches to enhance organizational performance and efficiency within the realm of human resource Management. He has worked at top management level across various industries, shaping high-performing teams and delivering value through people-focused programs. He’s a graduate of Marketing. Has a Chartered Post graduate Diploma in Marketing from National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and holds an MBA in Human Resource Management. He’s a member of National Institute of Training and Development, also a Member Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management Nigeria.
Segun has undergone several trainings in HR management, Business analysis, and Leadership. Segun is a facilitator and has trained many youths, graduates, and professionals in leadership, HR management, soft skills training, entrepreneurship, and capacity building programs.
He has served as a Panelist with Financial Institution Training Company (FITC) for Staff promotion exercises. He has done same with notable Federal Government Financial Institutions like Federal Mortgage Bank Nigeria FMBN, National Insurance Commission NAICOM etc. Segun has worked on several training projects with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC), Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN), Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority, NIRSAL, Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), NIRSAL to mention a few.
Segun is a Facilitator with Piston and Fusion Business Academy, Lagos, Training Heights Ltd Abuja, FITC Abuja, West African Institute for Financial and Economic Management WAIFEM; he was also a Facilitator for the Young Africa works Project implemented by IITA and funded by MASTERCARD.
He is a Director at HSF Foods Ltd, The Chief Operating Officer at MEDEVOLT Healthcare Ltd, specializing in recruitment, training, and capacity building for healthcare institutions, Project/ Quality Assurance Manager on ISO 37500 for Panoramic Synergy (TAJ Bank)
